I’m Laure, a French-born Hormones Health Coach specialised in perimenopause. Before this, I worked as a HR Director and makeup artist, always driven by a passion to help women find their way back to themselves. From a young age, I felt different, always dreaming bigger. A teacher once told my mum I’d never make it to university. Years later, I earned a Master’s degree and built a successful international career.
But success came at a cost. Working in high-pressure environments, I burnt out, not just physically but deep in my soul. I remember sitting in my car, realising something far bigger than stress was happening. That moment changed everything. I chose to listen to my body, trust myself again, and heal.
I immersed myself in understanding hormones, health, and the rhythms of the female body. When traditional medicine offered no answers, I found my own. It took time, but I reclaimed my energy, joy, and sense of self. Today, I help women, especially those navigating perimenopause, do the same. My mission is simple: to guide you back to feeling like yourself again — stronger, calmer, and more alive. You deserve to thrive through this phase of life, not just survive it.
On Why Understanding Perimenopause Matters
While I was studying to become a certified hormone health coach, I started sharing what I was learning with women around me. It opened so many conversations. Women between 35 and 55 were telling me they felt something was changing. They felt depressed, tired all the time, were gaining weight for no reason, and waking up at 3 am for months. And when they went to their doctors, they were prescribed antidepressants, sleeping pills, or dismissed with “It’s just your age.”
It’s beyond my understanding how we can let women feel miserable and unsupported. Perimenopause is still a word that creates fear, for women and probably men, too. It’s a phase of unknowns, fluctuations, unpredictability. But the more we know, the less afraid we are. The more we can communicate with our partners, the better we can live.
What I Wish More People Knew
Perimenopause is driven by hormonal fluctuations, mainly oestrogen and progesterone, and can bring up to 40 different symptoms. Some are common – weight gain, sleepless nights, mood swings, irritability, hot flushes. Others are less frequently discussed – itchy skin or ears, scaly feet, dry eyes, low libido, a burning mouth.
But there’s nothing to be afraid of. These symptoms are a language, a way for your body to say, “Let’s work on this. Let’s work on you.” Perimenopause is a powerful stage. You have maturity, experience and still the energy to make changes that align with the woman you are now.

The Work I Do
I help women in perimenopause manage their weight, improve mood swings and sleep better. My 12-week programme, The Perimenopause Reset, is all about working at your rhythm with tiny, sustainable habits. Hormones are connected to everything: how you nourish your body, how you move, and your stress levels. But the real foundation for me is realignment with yourself.
We deconstruct beliefs, rebuild around your real needs, and make sure every step aligns with who you are. I work from the root cause, including the emotional layer, to help you find yourself again through this transition. “Feeling like yourself again” means feeling vibrant, feminine, fully alive, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
One Myth I’d Like to Debunk
Perimenopause doesn’t mean losing your mind or going crazy. Yes, hormones are fluctuating, which impacts the body, mind and emotions. But women don’t have to suffer. There are solutions.
A Simple Shift That Makes a Big Difference
Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast. I know it’s simple, but it changes everything: balanced blood sugar, reduced mood swings, more energy, more stable hormones. One small habit with a powerful ripple effect.
Education. Empowerment. Healing.
My work is all three. Education helps women understand what’s happening to their bodies. With knowledge comes empowerment, the ability to act, to reclaim your life. And yes, it’s also healing. Perimenopause is a transition, and transitions are invitations to evolve.
My Rituals
I love my Pilates practice. It keeps me strong without exhausting my body, and it’s a space just for me to breathe and reconnect. I’m always reading two or three books at the same time. At the moment: Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King and Heal Your Wounds and Find Your True Self by Lise Bourbeau.
And every day, I draw a tarot card. It’s a small ritual, a way to reflect, to ground, and to step into my day with intention.

Hormones. Perimenopause. A return to self.
