It’s about how you live. “My ethos is all about taking care of myself from the inside out,” she says. “Every day, I prioritise nourishing my mind, body, and spirit, whether that’s through meditation, skincare, or using products that align with my values. I always lean toward clean, vegan, cruelty-free formulas that feel good to use. Beauty should never come at the expense of our health or the wellbeing of animals. It should feel good, do good, and align with your energy.”

When it comes to her all-time favourite product? “This is such a tough one, but right now I’d say the Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara. It lengthens and defines my lashes like no other. It’s the one product I use every single day. I’m also working on something exciting of my own that I can’t talk about just yet… but watch this space.”
Wellness, But Make It Real
Her approach to wellness mirrors her beauty philosophy, deeply intuitive and rooted in truth. “Feel it, heal it. I truly believe in dropping into your body, honouring your emotions, and getting uncomfortably honest with yourself. When you’re real about your own wants and needs, you open up space to make choices that align with who you truly are. That’s where real wellness begins.”
A Place to Recharge
When Natasha needs to reset, she heads to the beach in Jumeirah, specifically, Feels by the Beach on Nessnass Beach. “I’ve always been a Jumeirah kid at heart,” she says. “I’ll grab a matcha or a smoothie and just sit on the sand watching the waves. It always grounds me and brings me back to myself.”
Outside Beauty
As for her guilty pleasure? “I love going down the rabbit hole of weird and wonderful theories, aliens, supernatural stuff, glitches in the matrix, conspiracy theories about big pharma, politics, or celebrity culture. Give me a deep dive on anything from spiritual awakenings to simulation theory and I’m hooked.”
