A Life In Scent
Veronique’s first olfactory memory is a vivid one. “Orange blossom was all around me during my childhood,” she says. “In the garden, in the bakeries, in the coffee my father would drink in the morning. And then, of course, the sea, the saltiness mixed with warm sand, the breeze in the Aleppo trees.” Growing up in Antibes, a place once rich with rose fields and endless sunlight, she was immersed in scent and sensation from the very beginning.
“Antibes taught me to see beauty everywhere, in the sea, in the light, in the smallest details.” The saturated colours, the warmth of the sun, the shimmer of the water, all of it left a permanent imprint on her soul and her senses.
Her mother was elegant, independent and fiercely intelligent, shaping Veronique’s aesthetic sensibility and ambition. Her father, a creative bon vivant, instilled in her a love for people, joy and spontaneity. “He gave me my energy and my ability to connect,” she reflects. These two influences refined beauty and wholehearted connection, and still infuse every aspect of her work today. When asked what “home” smells like to her now, she smiles. “Flowers, citruses, woods, clean air. It smells like sunshine and peace of mind.”
Creating Her Own Light
After a successful corporate career, Veronique reached a turning point. Though her role was rewarding, she longed for a return to creativity and purpose. “I wanted to express my own philosophy of scent, one that brings joy, love and care.” And so her eponymous brand was born, a blend of Mediterranean sensuality, French savoir-faire and deeply rooted values. “I don’t balance pleasure and purpose,” she says. “They come together. My work is completely aligned with who I am.”
Sustainability, for her, is not a marketing claim but a built-in promise. “People don’t buy fragrance because it’s sustainable, they buy it because it’s beautiful. But beauty must come with ethics. My brand is about enchantment, but also about respect.”
Her bottles are consciously designed for longevity. “Our bottles are made to last, not just in terms of durability, but in meaning. You can refill them, re-love them and pass them on. It’s about aura, sensuality and confidence. It’s deeply personal.”

Her Aroma collection, developed in collaboration with a doctor and measured with neuroscientists, sits at the intersection of perfumery and wellbeing. Entirely natural and clean, Aroma was designed to reduce stress, raise energy and create moments of self-connection. “It’s a ritual,” she says. “Spray it on you, around you and for you. Let it infuse your body, and then layer with your signature scent to face the world.” Her favourite notes? “Citruses for joy, woods for strength, amber for sensuality and rose for love.”
When asked how she approaches the creative process behind each fragrance, Veronique puts it simply, “Each scent begins with emotion. But it must be crafted with precision. For me, perfumery is where instinct meets intention.”
